OK, that’s good. But:

However, Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code which criminalizes homosexuality, will continue for non-consensual and non-vaginal sex.

Yes, you’re only allowed to be gay as long as you only ever put your pee-pee in lady-bits. Or don’t put it anywhere at all.

I suppose it’s a slight step forward, though, which may, eventually, usher in a proper acceptance of non-hetero relationships in the law? Every country has to start somewhere, afterall.
